About THE AUTOMEZZI

Charity Benefactor

Your support of the Automezzi has allowed us to raise much needed funds for local non-profits for the past 35 years. The Automezzi charity benefactor for 2025 is Project Sol Flower.

We were introduced to Project Sol Flower from our friends at Caruso Family Charities, a past Automezzi benefactor. Project Sol Flower is a 501c3 non-profit foundation that grants bucket list dreams and experiences to young adults battling cancer and other life-limiting diseases. Project Sol Flower was Kaydee Koch’s brainchild, something she began conceptualizing during her own battle with Ewing sarcoma. Despite her grueling four year battle with bone cancer, or maybe because of it, Kaydee was passionate about finding a way to give back and help other young adults facing critical illnesses. She was driven to establish a foundation dedicated to wish fulfillment for what she perceived to be an underserved population, 18-26 year olds.

In 2024, the Automezzi raised $25,000 for PSF dreamers and in 2025 we will again help fund bucket list dream fulfillment to Project Sol Flower recipients and share Kaydee’s love of bucket lists and the positive impact they had in her life.

Event History

Charity Benefactor

Automezzi XXXV will celebrate 35 years in 2025 and feature 150+ Italian exotics with some cool airplanes also. The Automezzi has long been known as the largest gathering of Italian exotics (vintage to current) in the Rocky Mountain region.

The showcase is judged and the winner and runner up in each marque class receives an award.

The "Best in Show" is chosen by the judges based on all vehicles in the Showcase and the coveted Director's Cup (which is a traveling award) is selected by the previous year's recipient and the Show Director.

We are excited to have a guest display of planes join us for our 35th Anniversay presented by the Commemorative Air Force, Mile High Wing making this showcase even more spectacular!

Shout out to the Automezzi community who continues to support the event each year so we can share these beauties with the public and raise money for local charities that support Colorado families.

The Automezzi has become one of the best Italian events of the summer, recently honored at the Bravo! Awards as the People's Choice for 2023 Best Italian Cultural Gathering.
