The Automezzi Exotic Italian Car & Motorcycle Show celebrates its 30th year in 2020 as the largest gathering of all Italian exotics in Colorado, showcasing over 200 vehicles including a Supercar Showcase. The Automezzi is located at the Jeffco Fairgrounds Pavilion & Lawn, the perfect setting to highlight our Anniversario event that will also feature Italian food, Italian specialty beverages and cocktails, Sicilian cannolis, Gelato and more! Enjoy all things Italian while listening to live music and big band tunes from the Flatirons Jazz Orchestra. NEW IN 2020 is the Automezzi "VIP Food & Wine Experience" featuring Celebrity Chef Andy LoRusso who will entertain guests as he cooks and sings Italian in the VIP tent. Also featured in the VIP Experience is a wine tasting from Balistreri Vineyards. Whether a car enthusiast or just a lover of all things Italian, there's something for everyone at the Automezzi. Plan to spend the day with us to check out the numerous Exhibitors / Italian offerings and of course the stars of our show - the Italian cars, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles! Net proceeds from the Automezzi benefit Caruso Family Charities.
VOLUNTEER FOR THE EVENT
Caruso Family Charities Mission Statement
Caruso Family Charities is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting families of a child, adolescent, or young adult who is being treated in Colorado for a life-threatening disease or life altering event. Through our Funding Families program, our mission is to relieve some financial pressures so the family may focus on caring for their sick child.
Caruso Family Charities (CFC) receives requests for families needing assistance from Doctors and Social workers at Children’s Hospital Colorado, Hospice Care of the Rockies/KidsCare of the Rockies, Centura Health, Brent’s Place, and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s to name a few. Jerry Caruso, Executive Director of Caruso Family Charities and his team, make a personal visit to each family after they have completed CFC’s required application. An assessment of each application is made to determine how much help is needed. This process is immediate, since in many cases, the family’s situation has become desperate. In keeping with a very accountable process, the bills to be paid are given to CFC, where the creditors are paid directly. Over the years, CFC has assisted families with such necessities as rent, groceries, phone and energy bills, car repairs, built wheelchair access ramps, widened doorways and much more. Caruso Family Charities also gives assistance to siblings who are in need of comfort and a sense of normalcy during the hardest of times for their family. CFC has provided funding for art lessons, dance lessons, Tae Kwando, and more. CFC also provides an annual college scholarship presented to a former patient or a sibling. Congrats to Lou Ficco and his 2003 Ferrari Enzo, winner of the 2018 Automezzi Director's Cup. Ferrari made only 400 of these fire-breathing 6L V12 dragons that can roar by you at some 217 MPH, making it one of the world's fastest cars. If looks could kill, this car would be a serial killer. It is the ultimate in coolness and refined macho power. If Steve McQueen were a car, he would be this one.
We are thrilled to announce Jeremy Hubbard as our Celebrity Emcee for Automezzi XXIX.
Jeremy Hubbard co-anchors FOX31 News at 5 pm, 9 pm and 10 pm.
For 30 years the Automezzi has been known as the largest gathering of exotic Italian cars and motorcycles (vintage to current) in the Rocky Mountain region. Past displays have included a rare vintage 1913 Fiat alongside the current year's top selling marques. Other "two wheeled" participants have included Italian scooters and Italian bicycles. The Automezzi showcase is typically over 150 Italian exotics from the marques shown plus a few special guests in the Etceterini class. This year, in partnership with the Alfa Romeo Club of the Rockies, we will feature a special showcase of Alfa Romeo vehicles from all over the country and even Canada so expect over 200 vehicles on the Automezzi lawn! Registrants from each marque can choose to be judged -OR- be display only. Marques will be judged on exterior, interior, and overall design/styling. The Automezzi has incorporated a new scoring technology into the show making the judging process very efficient for both judges and spectators. Awards will be given for 1st Place and Runner Up in each marque plus one Best of Show award and the coveted Director's Cup, which is a traveling award. Spectators can vote for unlimited favorites (because you will have LOTS of favorites!) but you can only cast one vote per vehicle in the People's Choice category. Please click on the marque if you wish to learn more or get local club info.

A heartfelt "Thank You" goes out to the many partners and sponsors over the years whose continued support helps us in presenting the Automezzi. With their generous support we are able to produce the Automezzi, the largest Celebration of Italian Motoring in the Rocky Mountain Region. Sponsorship also allows us to support our benefactor Caruso Family Charities, in a more substantial way. The Automezzi community as a whole is a very generous group of car enthusiasts that are also supporting the event with each exhibitor booth sold, vehicle registration and individual donation given. We are very excited to be partnering with Caruso Family Charities in 2020 and welcome their families to our Automezzi family. We hope you will join us as a partner or sponsor to make our 30th Anniversary the most successful Automezzi yet! Mille grazie!
